Meet the Team
Isabella “Bella” Darmanin — Co-Founder & Chief Safety Officer

Bella is the brain behind PrepPack’s medical lineup. A Human Biology, Health & Society major (Class of ’25, Cornell) with a minor in Human Development, she’s logged 1,000+ hours volunteering for Cornell University Emergency Medical Services, rising to Crew Chief. After treating everything from dorm fevers to sprained ankles, she knew most first-years lack even basic supplies. Bella combed through state and national emergency guidelines—and her own EMT “never-leave-home-without” list—to curate the First Aid, Safety, and Comfort items inside every Pack. When she’s not color-coding gauze inventory, you’ll find her leading CPR demos or hiking the Finger Lakes with way too many granola bars “just in case.”
Nick Fisher — Co-Founder & CEO

Nick grew up on a sheep farm in Upstate New York, where being prepared was second nature. Now a senior in Applied Economics & Management with a Data Science minor at Cornell, he’s the operations engine that turns Bella’s medical insight into a ready-to-ship product. Nick negotiates bulk deals, designs the supply chain, and runs late-night A/B tests on Shopify copy so parents know exactly what they’re getting. His entrepreneurial resume spans a drone-photography business and a Texas news site, but PrepPack is personal: “I wanted a kit that would’ve saved my own mom a dozen midnight panic calls freshman year.” Catch him in the campus mailroom printing labels, or in the library taking product photos.
Why Our Duo Works
Field Expertise + Operational Hustle – Bella vets every medical item; Nick makes sure it lands on your student’s desk in a few days.
Student Perspective – We’re still living dorm life, so we know which “essentials” actually collect dust.
Mission First – PrepPack started as a safety project for friends; it grew because parents loved the peace of mind.
